I absolutely love weight training, but I get stuck in a rut doing the same exercises over and over again. I love the Women’s Health Big Book of Exercises for three reasons:
1. This book offers a wide variety of workouts for every body part, including full-body exercises.
2. There are full-color pictures of every exercise, including multiple shots throughout the range of motion in the exercise.
3. The book contains individual exercises, as well as several workout plans, including partner workouts, 12-week plans and gym workout plans.

I have been looking for a headband that actually stays on my head and keeps my hair out of my face. I’ve tried many different brands of headbands and again and again I find headbands that slip off my head during my run. Other headbands still allow flyaways to escape. Another mother runner actually recommended that I try the Lululemon Fringe Fighter headband because of it’s staying power. I have to be honest, I balked at the $18 price for a headband, but it has actually worked extremely well. Check out the review. Have you tried the Lululemon headband? Do you like it?

The cost is $39.95 a month and the products vary between candles, headbands, sunscreen, online yoga subscriptions and more.
